Nepal I 10  mins I Short I 2022 I Nepali w/ English subtitles

Sarita, a young mother working from home during the COVID-19 pandemic, is trying to balance work and family. But even her endurance has a breaking point as the responsibilities keep piling on.

Directors Statement: For years, we have been seeing women like Sarita in the form of our mothers, sisters, wives and aunts, who have been prioritizing family’s needs and interests above theirs. Be it their choice or against, they have been forced to choose a life that best fits the societal expectations. This is a subtle story of the sacrifices women like Sarita make or are forced to embrace.
