RK is frustrated filmmaker who can't get his latest feature to click. It's a tribute to 1960's cinema, complete with a gangsters, an earnest hero over his head, and a love interest with style and glossy tresses. But the project is lifeless and things get even worse when the lead character runs out of the edit and into real life.

About the Artist
Rajat Kapoor was is an Indian actor, screenwriter and three-time National Award-Winning film director who works in Hindi films. Kapoor was born in Delhi, India and focused primarily on acting at first., but switched to writing and directing when acting jobs were thin.
He attended the Film and Television Institute of India (FTII). In 2001, Kapoor got his big mainstream break in Dil Chahta Hai where he played Preity Zinta's uncle. He received international attention in Mira Nair's Monsoon Wedding. Since then, he has written, directed and appeared in many critically acclaimed films.
